Warranty Coverage
At Rivermuse Jewelry, LLC, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry products. We offer a one-year warranty on our products, effective from the date of purchase.
Coverage Terms
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, including:
- Material defects: Defects in the materials used to create the product.
- Craftsmanship defects: Defects in the craftsmanship of the product.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Wear and tear: Normal wear and tear over time, such as scratches or fading, is not covered.
- Misuse or neglect: Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care of the product is not covered.
- Customer error: Damage caused by the customer's failure to follow proper care instructions or wearing the product in a way that is not recommended is not covered.
Specific Coverage
In addition to the above, our warranty specifically covers:
- Stones falling out: If a stone falls out of the setting due to a workmanship defect, we will repair, replace or offer a gift card (store credit) in the amount of the piece.
- Chain or clasp damage: If the chain or clasp is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
